The Role:
As a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor, you will handle diverse work, from private M&A transactions to joint ventures. They will consider solicitors of all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage private M&A transactions and asset sales
- Oversee reorganisations and fundraisings
- Handle EIS/SEIS investments and shareholder exits
- Administer share schemes and draft shareholders agreements
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
- Qualified solicitor with corporate and commercial law expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solutions-focused with the ability to add value
- Desire for increased responsibility and practice growth
