This client is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to work across a wide range of interesting work.

Key Responsibilities:
- This role will see you advising on a range of commercial and corporate deals across a wide range of disciplines including Investments, IP, and Commercial Agreements
- Develop new relationships and help to manage existing clients
- Work within agreed SLAs and provide an effective and quality service to your clients
- Help mentor and support junior members of the team
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- 2-6 PQE
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Law
- Ability to work with colleagues at all levels
