Global legal services provider is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to work on varied and interesting projects for an array of clients (from SME’s to Global Multinationals).
You will work as either Legal Counsel or an extension of the client’s In House Legal Team to assist on mix of Corporate work, on their latest projects. You will work with multiple clients across many sectors so you will enjoy great variety.
The Role
You will enjoy a broad work load of advising on:
- Legal aspects of legal entity rationalisation/group simplification projects
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Carve-outs and de-mergers
- Intra-group treasury matters (advising on loan agreements/loan notes/Eurobond debt listings
- Multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Pre-merger structuring and post-merger integrations
The Candidate
- You will be a qualified Solicitor with around 1 – 5 years’ pqe (an NQ with solid experience will be considered)
- Have experience in a broad range of Corporate Law matters
