The role
As a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor you will join a market leading practice with a network of offices across the Shropshire region. You will work closely with other members of the department on more complex transactions with plenty of support from senior, highly experienced members of the team as well as running your own caseload of matters. You will touch upon matters to include:
- Private M&A transactions
- Asset sales
- Reorganisations
- Fundraisings
- EIS/SEIS investments
- Joint ventures
- Shareholder exits
- Commercial agreements such as client/agency agreements, cooperation agreements, strategic alliances, partnerships and technology licences
About you
The firm is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with around NQ–5 years’ post qualification experience to join the reputable department. More experienced candidates will be considered so nobody with the right experience is discouraged from applying. The firm is looking for a background of experience in the above, along with a strong academic track record and ideally experience with owner-managed companies.
