Recruitment Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team based at our Southall office in West London. This is a temporary role and the main duties will be:
 Dealing with telephone and email queries from clients and employees
 Engaging with our client and integrating into the business needs.
 Labour planning - understanding the production requirements and planning staff fulfilment accordingly
 General administration
Skills required:
 PC literate and good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
 Desired experience of working within recruitment
 Good telephone and face to face manner
 The ability to work in a sometimes high functioning environment whilst remaining calm and organised

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30 however there is some flexibility on these timings.
