Due to continued success and expansion IBP have an exciting opportunity for a Permit Administrator to join the Bristol team.
The role & responsibilities:
You will be responsible for liaising with the Engineering Teams to plan, undertake & monitor permit submissions, plus the implementation & tracking of rolling build programmes across the portfolio.
You will:
Liaise with the Engineering Teams to raise, manage & track permits
Creation & amendment of rolling programmes
Monitor build programme deadlines
Identify & highlight risks to build completion dates
Work with Engineering Teams to identify TTROs & Traffic Management requirements
Create & monitor daily team whereabouts
Understand the operational end to end process
What we need from you.
Experience in permit raising, preferred but not essential
Excellent computer skills including strong understanding of Microsoft Office
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, result driven and thrives in a busy working environment
Processing information effectively
Flexible approach to changing needs of business
Good communication skills both written and verbal
