Due to continued success and expansion IBP have an exciting opportunity for a Permit Administrator to join the Bristol team.
The role & responsibilities:
You will be responsible for liaising with the Engineering Teams to plan, undertake & monitor permit submissions, plus the implementation & tracking of rolling build programmes across the portfolio.
You will:
- Liaise with the Engineering Teams to raise, manage & track permits
- Creation & amendment of rolling programmes
- Monitor build programme deadlines
- Identify & highlight risks to build completion dates
- Work with Engineering Teams to identify TTROs & Traffic Management requirements
- Create & monitor daily team whereabouts
- Understand the operational end to end process
What we need from you.
- Experience in permit raising, preferred but not essential
- Excellent computer skills including strong understanding of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, result driven and thrives in a busy working environment
