Salary We have a new requirement working as a Network Support Engineer for one of our prestigious clients.
The role has been deemed as Inside IR35 and all work is to be completed on-site in Yeovil.
Experience/ the right candidate will have experience with:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure issues.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify the root cause of network problems.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network solutions.
- Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities or performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex network-related issues.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades and migrations.
