Exciting Opportunity for Sage 200New Business Development Manager

Are you ready to be a driving force in our success story? Join us as the Sage 200New Business Development Manager and play a key role in shaping our future! Our triumphs so far are a result of strong relationships and industry know-how, and we're looking for someone dynamic to carry this legacy forward.

As a pivotal member of our established Sales Team, you'll directly report to the Sales Director. We're seeking a self-motivated individual with a passion for securing new Sage 200 sales. Your focus will contribute not only to individual targets but also to the broader goals of the Sage sales team and our company's overall business strategy.

Your responsibilities will include lead generation, collaboration with pre-sales consultants for technical validation, and crafting compelling solutions that truly benefit our prospective customers. You'll be at the forefront of developing your territory, ensuring you meet and exceed realistic New Business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, develop, and close new customers to achieve New Business sales targets.
* Align with marketing to create impactful campaigns generating a robust pipeline of new customer leads.
* Capitalize on opportunities related to Sage 200 Professional, Sage 200 Standard, support, and services, including Cloud Hosting and IT infrastructure services.
* Actively engage in virtual and business networking activities, establishing a visible presence in the SME space.
* Attend industry events and conferences to stay abreast of emerging trends and maintain a client presence.
* Maintain detailed records in our internal CRM, keeping pipeline and sales information up to date.
* Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop customer proposals and lead communications through to completion.
* Ensure punctuality and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
* Participate in monthly sales reviews, reporting on completed business, pipeline, and development activities.
* Engage in periodic personal development processes and training to enhance existing skills and expertise.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of sales experience with Sage 200 is a must.
* Essential experience in selling associated Sage 200 ISV Add Ons (Sicon, Draycir, Eureka, etc.).
* Effective communication skills at all levels.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate complex activities within interrelated schedules and timelines.
* Take ownership of managing a territory to achieve targets and key performance indicators.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Package:

Salary based on experience.
Double OTE + Car Allowance.
Full-time position
Work Location: Home Offices, Birmingham.
20 Days Annual Leave + Statutory + Christmas Shutdown, increasing to a maximum of 26 Days + Birthday Leave (based on length of service).
