Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic team-player to join us and take an active role in the Growth team at Digitas across all of our New Business and marketing activities!
The New Business & Marketing Executive will join as part of our collaborative, successful and expanding Growth team!
What you'll be doing:
In this role, you'll have a host of administrative duties and will support the team in all marketing activity from campaign and event management to social media marketing and management to supporting across New Business activity, including pitches. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support for the wider growth team, supporting on campaign planning and delivery
- Assist with the co-ordination and planning of events and exhibitions
- Assist in the production of marketing collateral including blogs, case studies and award entries
- Help keep the company website and social media up to date, assisting with the planning and delivery of social media marketing and monitoring
- Help identify and research industry trends, client and internal stories
- Maintain and enhance the customer relationship management (CRM) database and New Business hub of information
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally!
- A level of understanding of marketing & business development - this can be from a degree, apprenticeship or equivalent experience
- Good organisation skills - you need to be able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and identify and resolve problems independently
- Team player who enjoys collaboration
- Experience with social media channels - ideally with LinkedIn & Instagram
Additional skills which are desirable:
- Copywriting skills
- B2B Marketing knowledge or experience
