We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Campaigns Executive to join our team. In this role you will support the Marketing Campaigns Manager in the day-to-day marketing activities of our direct and trade brands in the UK, Ireland, Australia, the Netherlands, (and new markets from 2025) with a focus on maximising reach, awareness, conversion and supplier investment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Enjoy the flexibility of working from our centrally located office in vibrant Brixton for 2/3 days per week, with the convenience of remote work for the remainder.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of comprehensive Marketing Campaigns across multiple channels such as campaigns team, video team, content team, email team and design team, to create well-rounded Marketing Campaigns for all our products.
- Ensuring that we maximise the reach of our special offers and promotions by utilising each of our marketing channels.
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration with suppliers to coordinate joint marketing initiatives, maximising both sales and supplier investment.
- Working closely with our marketing agencies to meet the objectives of our marketing plans.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Crafting engaging campaign ideas tailored to promote niche products and suppliers within budget constraints.
- To ensure that we maximise the reach of our special offers and promotions by utilising each of our marketing channels.
- To ensure that the brand distinction/positioning is maintained at all times.

- To identify new opportunities to increase sales and offer a positive ROI and assist in selling these opportunities to our key partners.
- Monitoring campaign performance metrics and providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
- To support the wider team with tasks as and when needed.
About You
- Bachelor's degree preferrably in business or marketing, accompanied by a minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role.
- A good understanding of the marketing mix. Working within the travel sector is an advantage but not essential.
- Proficiency in e-commerce, online sales, partnershipas and marketing principles.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a flair for crafting compelling written content.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome marketing challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
- A genuine passion for marketing and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
