We are currently looking for an experienced marketing generalist to come and join Ardonagh Specialty as a Senior Marketing Executive.
The overall purpose of the role will be to support the Senior Marketing Manager with all aspects of marketing. You will be involved in the planning and execution of digital and print campaigns and production of materials including, but not limited to social media, email, video, websites, brochures, and events. The role be predominantly work-from-home, with regular virtual catch-ups and a team day in the office once a week.
The role is part of the Marketing & Communications team in Ardonagh Specialty. A small but perfectly formed team of 9 (including this role) marketing and communications professionals. The team is responsible for all brands within the Specialty platform of the Ardonagh Group as well as the communications for our 1400 colleagues around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing plans with the Senior Marketing manager and client facing teams.
- Working with international offices to ensure regional activities are executed in line with brand and messaging guidelines.
- Deliver all campaign elements ensuring successful implementation and delivery of results.
- Responsible for event coordination activity including the planning of conferences, presentations and exhibitions, organisation, and producing relevant marketing materials and merchandise, ensuring that events are run effectively and efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across a number of teams, sharing ideas and collaborating effectively.
- Demonstrate understanding of campaign metrics evaluation as well as managing and reporting frequently on relevant areas of the expenditure budget.
- Work internal communications and PR team to identify good news stories and business wins within the business.
- Champion the brands within the Group
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educated to A-level (or equivalent)
- CIM or IDM qualification desirable

- Experience in working in B2B environments
- Experience of working with website CMS
- Experience creating social media content and copy
- Copy writing skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a great team player

- Proactive, well organised and able to work autonomously while dealing with a varied workload.

A creative mind and a head for business are essential to succeed in the role as well as the ability to multi-task to the maximum.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of marketing projects.
