Senior Marketing Executive

C&C Search is actively seeking a Marketing Executive to join a growing boutique finance organisation in a small team of three.

This is a varied role, with lots to learn and quick progression.

Salary: £40,000-£55,000 + bonus

Hours/Hybrid: 8:30-5:30, 3 days in Kings Cross - 2 from home

Duties:

This is a strong generalist role with varied duties covering email campaigns, SEO, paid advertising, copywriting, website marketing, blogs, socials, events, collateral and projects like website revamps etc.

• Producing marketing content across various platforms including social media, print and internally
• Taking the lead on targeted advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics)
• Running company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Organising and managing events for up to 200 attendees and smaller round tables
• Creation of copy, blogs and thought leaders
• Managing e-mail campaigns on Mail Chimp
• Responsibility for managing the CRM (Dynamics 365)
• Communications - internal and external
• Reporting and analytics
• Supporting teams across the business with their marketing goals, especially sales

About you:

• You love being challenged and growing, sitting still isn't your vibe or your employers-you bring positive energy, kindness, drive and great ideas to every team!
• A 2 or above degree
• You are a strong copywriter and have a passion for the well written word
• 3-5 year's experience in marketing for boutique finance or professional services
• Their clients are complex science and tech businesses, so if this is something you are interested in or interested in learning more about that would be great.
