About Us

JCRE is a professional property consulting company. We specialize in property investments and property management in London with a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) listed certificate to ensure our service is unparalleled . With a focus on innovation and excellence, we are seeking to expand our dynamic team by adding 1 to 2 Property Consultants. These new team members will play a pivotal role in managing our social media marketing efforts, conducting property viewings, and progressing deals to completion.

The Role:
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist with a passion for storytelling and a knack for engaging audiences across platforms like Little Red Book, TikTok, and more. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, resilient, and motivated by challenges. As part of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's presence and connecting with our audience in meaningful ways.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies on platforms such as Little Red Book and TikTok.
• Produce compelling content, including videos, for our marketing campaigns, particularly for our audience in China.
• Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive brand image.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
• Collaborate with our international team to ensure brand consistency and leverage cross-market insights.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a preference for candidates with experience in the property industry.
• Exceptional creativity and proven ability to generate innovative content.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
• Self-driven, motivated, and eager to learn. Fast learner with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience in video production is highly desirable.
