Role: New Business Sales Executive
Salary: £22,500 + uncapped commission
Located: Chapeltown, Sheffield
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm.
Our client is seeking a results-driven, customer-focused individual to join a rapidly expanding Content team as a New Business Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing brands to provide prizes for competitions which will be run in well-known magazines.

The role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with brands and companies to source prizes for competitions run in magazines.
- Identify potential new brand partners and develop New Business opportunities.
- Negotiate and secure agreements with brand partners to ensure the timely delivery of prizes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all prizes are delivered to the winners in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and report on sales activity and progress toward targets.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's brand partnerships.
The successful candidate:
- B2B sales experience, preferably in the media or advertising industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
