What you’ll do
· Convert sales opportunities for wide range of broadband and mobile products among Small Office Business customers.
· Provide guidance on how Virgin Media O2 can make a difference to our new / existing customers and why our Virgin Media Broadband and O2 Mobile products are the solution.
· Listen, identify and create tailored packages to fit our customers’ needs, fostering trusted relationships with a problem-solving approach.

Training
In the first four weeks, you will undergo our induction and training programme. This is held in the Sheffield office between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Once training is complete, you will have a hybrid work pattern (Tues, Weds and Thurs onsite, Mon & Fri remote). You will work 37.5 hours a week, which can be flexibly scheduled between 9am and 6pm. You will also receive a guaranteed commission payment for the first two months of employment.
