Remuneration: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum plus uncapped commission!
Our client is a well-established label manufacturer in the Southeast and they are looking to recruit a New Business Sales Executive to join their team, continuing success and growth.
Our client requires someone ambitious with a proven track record in sales, hungry for New Business and able to showcase quality whilst maintaining companies’ values, offering superior customer service. You must be knowledgeable and understanding and be able to solve any problems customers may face.
Responsibilities
- Generating New Business through all mediums, calls, email, social media, face to face / online meetings
- Identify and qualify new opportunities
- Manage own pipeline
- Compile accurate reports for submission on a weekly and monthly basis to CRM system and Sales Manager
- Negotiate business terms
- Meeting monthly targets
- Manage own diary
- Office based role in Aylesbury, with some visits to clients
Requirements:
- Proven track record in New Business and sales
- External sales experience - visiting clients
- Good technical knowledge
- Confident in closing sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dynamic, self-motivated ability to respond and work under pressure proactively
- Motivated by targets
- Proficient in the use of a CRM system, ideally salesforce
- Substantial use of LinkedIn
