Call handler - New Client Team - Family Law
Location: Huddersfield – 5 days per week
Salary: £19-21k dependent on experience
To prepare handle New Client enquiries in a busy family legal aid practice.
KEY TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reception Duties;
- Take initial client enquires
- Be able to deal with matters sensitively and with compassion
- Prepare documents and correspondence
- Collate financial information for clients for legal aid assessments
- File all incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain filing and administrative systems;
- Arrange teleconferences with local, regional and national law firms, as well as other constituencies, as required;
- Exhibit a good level of flexibility and team work;
- Support colleagues where required and undertake training where appropriate;
- Assist with all other general administrative tasks
