TSR Legal are working with a Legal 100 firm who are seeking a diligent Conveyancing Assistant to enhance the operational efficiency of their team, providing a backbone of support that is critical to the team's achievements.As the linchpin of the team, your role will encompass a diverse array of responsibilities. Your days will be filled with managing administrative tasks, guided by seasoned fee earners. You'll be entrusted with the smooth operation of file management, ensuring that every telephone call is handled with professionalism, and that documents are produced with precision, whether through audio-typing, voice recognition, or coordinating with outsourcing providers. Your organisational skills will shine as you maintain filing systems, manage emails, and oversee online portals, all while ensuring that correspondence is dispatched and received promptly.Your expertise will also extend to drafting documents and bills, reflecting the instructions of fee earners with accuracy and attention to detail. You will engage in the foundational legal processes, from facilitating case progression to liaising with courts and managing post-completion requirements. Your role is integral to the client experience, as you correspond with clients through various channels and warmly welcome new enquiries.The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience from a Conveyancing Assistant, Secretary, or Legal Assistant background, capable of independently handling tasks such as typing dictations, preparing SDLT returns, and completing Land Registry applications. A master of organisation, you will adeptly prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
