JOB TITLE: Pre Litigation Legal Assistant
HOURS: Full Time, 9-5, office based.
Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to £26K DOE

London Law firm with a branch office in Liverpool is looking for experience personal injury fee earners / litigation paralegals. They are a multi practice firm covering, civil litigation, personal injury, commercial litigation, real estate, corporate and more. YOUR DAY TO DAY:
* You will be joining a team that combines forward thinking with their extensive experience earning a fantastic national reputation.
* You will be working closely with the head of department, working on all pre litigated files Personal Injury files.
* Take new instructions from clients
* Disclosure agreements
* Contacting clients, keeping them up to date as much as possible
* General Ad-hoc assistant duties
* Assist on risk assessments
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* You must have experience managing a pre litigated caseload and be confident in taking and effectively managing phone calls from clients.
