Across Greater Manchester within all 10 districts, as well as specialist units and counter terrorism policing. If you live over the border, you may not have to move to transfer to GMP. We'll look to accommodate you to work from a district of your choice if the role you're applying for allows.

National Police Officer Scales - depends on current force and salary.
What is the Recruitment/Application Process?
We have simplified our transferee process. This will include the following five stages:
1. Expression of Interest and/or Application Form
2. Initial Suitability Check /Paper sift
3. Interview Invite (if pass eligibility screening)
4. Vetting, Medical, Fitness Test, PDR / Pre-Checks
5. Final Offer
