As a pivotal member of the legal team, your responsibilities will include managing a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, ensuring seamless transactions for residential property clients. Your expertise will guide clients through the intricacies of property law, from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the conveyancing process, with a proven track record of managing cases independently. Essential qualifications include:
- Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with current practising certificate
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Proficiency in managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
