The Role
This vacancy is in the Property Team which deals with a wide variety of commercial conveyancing and development / regeneration work. The postholder will deal with a broad range of work including leases and licences, overage and clawback, purchases, sales, and development agreements, DPAs, trust agreements, surrenders, rent reviews, covenants, easements, and statutory notices, amongst others.
You will work remotely from home most of the time, with occasional attendance at the Council House in Walsall, to carry out specific tasks, attend meetings and training, as required.

You
- You will have considerable experience in commercial conveyancing.
- You will be able to efficiently manage your own caseload.
- You will provide high quality well researched legal advice and assistance to client departments and to our Members.
- You will have a relevant CILEX qualification or be a CLC registered Licensed Conveyancer.
- Whilst we are a friendly and very supportive team, it is essential that the post holder is competent to manage their own workload.
