SalaryWe are partnered with a global industrial science organisation, who are leaders at the forefront of their industry, as they look for a Spanish speakingSenior Legal Counsel to join the team. Based in the West Midlands, you will join an established in-house legal function, supporting on all commercial matters across their Latin American businesses.
The role:
Working closely with their General Counsel, you will play a crucial role in advising the business on a wide variety of matters such as commercial contracts, compliance, data protection and more. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing comprehensive legal advice and counsel to the business on a variety of legal matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of legal documents, to include contracts, agreements and policies.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
- Communicating with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure compliance across the business with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Experienced Lawyer with demonstrable experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
- Fluent Spanish speaker.
- Fantastic communication, negotiation and interpretation skills.
