Salary - £26,000-£31,000 DOE
Our client, an innovative company located in Corby, is recruiting a New Product Developer on a permanent basis to play a crucial role in the development of New Products. Working with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for generating ideas, developing concepts, and launching New Products that align with both business objectives and customer requirements.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in product development, preferably within the seasoning and spice industry
• Proven success in managing multiple projects, meeting milestones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of the product development process, formulation, food ingredients functionality, and sensory testing methods
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in product development and perform root cause analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Innovative thinker, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
