New Product Development Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a New Product Development Assistant to join an award-winning health & beauty business based in Blackpool.

Established for more than 25 years, this business supply affordable health & beauty products to retailers across the UK and globally. Having won multiple awards for the innovation of their New Products, this business is continuing to grow and are now looking for an Assistant to join their New Product Development team.

Duties…
- Conducting market research both in store and online
- Conducting product research to optimise product quality, cost & design
- Report on the progress of New Product projects including challenges and successes
- Ensuring New Products are launched within budget and agreed timescales
- Attending trade shows and exhibitions
- Maintaining accurate records for customers and suppliers

Salary, Hours & Benefits…
- £25,000 per annum
- Company bonus scheme
- 27 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays
- Office based, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
- Bispham, Blackpool (FY2)
