We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Newly Qualified Adult Social Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
Conducting assessments to determine the needs and eligibility of service users
Developing care plans and providing support to individuals in need
Coordinating and monitoring the delivery of services to ensure service users' well-being and safety
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interventions and progress
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support to service users
Advocating for the rights and interests of vulnerable adults
Providing crisis intervention and support to individuals during challenging situations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
Completion of a recognized social work program and registration with the appropriate regulatory body
Strong knowledge of social work theories, practices, and legislation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (if applicable)
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.00
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
