Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implementing effective assessment strategies to track student progress.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative teaching approaches.
• Providing constructive feedback and support to students to foster their academic and personal growth.
• Participating in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the school community.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• A positive and proactive approach to professional development.
• Previous experience working with secondary school students is desirable but not essential.
• Focus and drive to impact the education and training of a diverse student base.
