This role has come up due to maternity cover. The role is for 12 months. The ideal candidate will be keen to get stuck in, roll their sleeves up and get involved. We are looking for a Legal Professional that can be left to work alone, whilst also being keen to help mentor Trainee Legal Officers.
The legal issues that will need to be dealt with on a day to day basis will be Transactions - purchases, leases, sales, licenses, regeneration and development.
This role is a Hybrid role, the successful candidate will be required to be on site once/twice a week. The role is based in the West of England and is perfectly situated between a few major cities in the West.
Get your foot in the door or continue your career within Local Authority. The hiring managers are keen to interview this week with start date as early as Monday 5th Febuary.
