Calling All Newly Qualified Teachers - Make a Difference with SEND/SEMH Students!

Are you a Newly qualified teacher looking for a rewarding role that makes a real difference in students' lives? We have exciting opportunities working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) students in schools across local area .

While no prior experience is required, candidates with experience working in a similar setting are preferred. Ideal candidates will have:

• Some experience working with SEND/SEMH students in a teaching assistant role or volunteer capacity
• Knowledge of implementing differentiated instruction and behavior plans
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with specialists
• A patient, compassionate approach to nurturing students

As a Newly qualified SEND/SEMH teacher you will:

• Work closely with individual or small groups of students to provide tailored support
• Create engaging lesson plans suited to different learning needs
• Track student progress and identify areas for growth
• Implement behavior plans and strategies to promote self-regulation
• Encourage student confidence, independence and social skills

Comprehensive training will be provided to help you gain skills and confidence. Excellent mentoring available.
