Start date: Immediately upon receipt of satisfactory references and standard DBS check. Manpower covers the cost of a DBS check.
About the role
We're recruiting a Clerk to handle patient correspondence and organise the transfer of records to other sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Send letters to patients
- Box up patient records securely for transfer.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
- Assist with organising patient information databases.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience, preferably in health care.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.
