Duties:
* Provide assessment and treatment for a wide ranging complex caseload of adults with Learning Disability to achieve well-being outcomes using a collaborative framework
* Work across a range of settings e.g. domiciliary, adult training centres, etc
* Have cross responsibility to progress and develop the SLT service to support clients undergoing transition in collaboration with Transition officers
* Provide specialist advice, guidance, supervision and support
Requirements of the Adult Learning Disability Speech and Language Therapist/SLT:
* Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration
* Recent UK/NHS post qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist
