Brighton – GBP12.00 p/hour – Immediate start

Huntress are currently seeking a NHS Booking Coordinator, to start immediately for our client based in Brighton. This is a temporary role for 3 months, with possibility of extension. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in an Administration role or with booking experience.

Duties include:

• Scheduling patients appointments for any requested examinations and treatments
• Arrange pre–procedure clinic appointments fir patients to attend
• Liaise appropriately with other departments
• Dealing with general enquiries

The ideal candidate:

• Has similar experience within an administration role
• Proactive
• Great communication skills
• Ability to deal with a heavy workload
