NHS Claims Handler

Manpower is recruiting a dedicated Claims Handler on behalf of our client, the NHS. The ideal candidate will ideally have prior experience in legal or insurance environments, be exceptionally organized, and possess strong administration skills. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and processing claims, ensuring all deadlines are met, and providing vital support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logging and processing NHS claims efficiently and accurately.
• Acknowledging and responding to emails promptly.
• Managing and organizing documentation related to claims.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information.
• Undertaking routine administrative tasks with diligence and accuracy.
• Proactively monitoring deadlines and taking necessary actions to prevent delays.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a legal or insurance background is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to handle mundane administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Contract: Temporary until 31 March 2024
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Location: Nottingham
Hourly rate: £11.75 rising to £12.86 after 12 weeks
