Our well stablished client based in Ransom Wood, Mansfield are on the lookout for insurance Claims Handlers.

Benefits:

• 20 days + 8 statutory holidays

• Temporary on-going possible permanent contracts for the right candidates

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday
• Rota based
• 08:00am – 17:00pm

Pay:

• £11.00 – £16.50ph
• Overtime is paid at x1.5

Duties:

• Taking incoming calls and making outbound calls to policyholders
• Speaking with members of the internal team to highlight any issues
• Inputting data via computer systems and managing claims through the full process
• Handling difficult scenarios and cases on a daily basis
• General admin duties and using computer systems

Experience:

• INSURANCE OR CLAIMS BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE
• Comfortable speaking with members of the public + internal surveyors
• Strong customer service skills and interested in providing high level of service to policyholders
• Good computer skills
• Have a desire to work to the highest level
