NHS Clinical Rotational Pharmacist

Clinical Rotational Pharmacist Pay Rate: £30 per hour (assignment rate)

Location: Portsmouth

Contract Type: Locum – ongoing

Shift Pattern: Full time. Monday - Friday.

Duties:

• Promote the responsible, safe and cost-effective prescribing of medicines within Portsmouth Hospitals to optimise clinical outcomes, minimise adverse reactions and improve medicines safety
• Supporting the clinical teams to deliver high quality clinical pharmacy services across the hospital sites
• Participate in the delivery of a comprehensive pharmacy service and to provide operational support to the department as agreed in the rotational programme

Requirements of the Clinical Rotational Pharmacist:

• GPHC Registration
• Previous experience within a UK based NHS Pharmacy setting
• NVQ or equivalent – Pharmacist qualification
