Advanced Clinical Pharmacist – Rotational

To provide, lead and develop the clinical pharmacy service to the specialist areas in line with patient and departmental needs, in order to ensure the delivery of a high quality, patient centred and effective clinical pharmacy service. To contribute effectively to patient care as part of the multidisciplinary team, by attending ward rounds or other appropriate meetings.
