NHS Complex Discharge Facilitator (CPN)

Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Complex Discharge Facilitator (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role.

Location: Evesham

Pay Rate: £26.50per hour (assignment rate)

Contract Type: Locum, 3-month ongoing contract

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

Requirements of the Complex Discharge Facilitator:

• Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
  
• NMC Registration
  
• Ideally have prior experience working in this environment
