, The NHS WalesManagement Graduate Scheme offers a two year programme during which you will be based within a Welsh Health Board, Trust or Special Health Authority. An extensive support package is available including full orientation and induction, structured placement rotations, academic programme and coaching, training and mentorship from inspirational and dynamic leaders. As a Management Graduate you will support the health service in providing high standards of service within a culture of continuous improvement, generating creative, innovative and sustainable ways of working. You will be encouraged to succeed, making the most of your skills and talents. , , Main duties of the job, , The NHS WalesManagement Graduate Programme has been designed to develop and equip the next generation of leaders, to successfully manage new and emergent challenges, providing them with the knowledge, skills and experience to ensure NHS Wales continues to provide world-class healthcare. The programme will encompass a number of work placements within an NHS Wales organisation, exposing management trainees to management  positions and supervised experience and responsibility for the management of services, staff and financial resources in a corporate or patient facing department., , The range of placements offered will promote a comprehensive understanding of healthcare strategy, purpose and core business; with exposure to the current challenges leading to inception and delivery of innovative and meaningful change. Management trainees will be involved in a broad range of activities including work-based and academic learning.
