Job description
The development of Research and Development capability and capacity in the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service is a key priority. This post will support a tangible move to deliver this and will develop the foundations of NIAS R D unit. The Research Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the NIAS’s research programme and plays an essential role in trialing new treatments and interventions to allow us to deliver and best possible care to our patients. .

Must be a Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Paramedic with a minimum of 3 years experience.BSc degree or other equivalent.Demonstrate experience in the past 12 months of either:Leading/involvement in change project.Service improvement experience.Leading quality improvement project. Active Research and Development experience.
