SalaryNight Customer Support and Sales Executive
Our client is recruiting for a new member to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Romsey ASAP.
- Training is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for up to 7 weeks.
Hours
- Between 20:00 - 06:30 with shifts to be discussed at interview
- Salary 21,819 per annum plus 17 A night shift allowance = 25,355 for 4 shifts + plus commission
- OTE 27,579 + uncapped based on a 40 hour week - Please note there is a requirement for day training before moving to nights which is paid at the annual rate of pay ( 21,819) for this position.
Duties
- Take inbound calls from customers in the UK, Australia and New Zealand who wish to purchase a range products
- Support customers wishing to purchase by using product knowledge.
- Support other departments when required; processing orders, samples and coupons accurately, scanning, returns
- Place customer orders and resolve all customer enquiries at first point of contact Record all customer contact details
