Night Facilities Senior Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for Senior Supervisors to join our Trust to be based in Bristol Royal Infirmary to cover night shifts.
The post is part time 30 hours a week working a set rota:

• Week 1- Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Week 2 - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

The ideal candidate will: -

• Experience in cleaning and/or catering which will include previous experience supervising/managing staff
• Ability to work without supervision being able to prioritise, delegate and use own initiative
• Ability to deal with Hotel Service related non-routine activities such as answering queries, progress chasing and problem solving

Your role will include but will not be limited to the following:

• Managing a large team who are responsible for duties, including: cleaning of wards and general areas; regenerating and serving food to our patients during mealtimes; serving hot drinks and the collection of clinical and non-clinical waste
• Completing relevant checklists and other paperwork related to the role
• Managing staff in line with Trust policies and procedures; including absence, annual leave and performance
• Supporting new employees into the team
• Undertake deep cleans as necessary
