We are currently recruiting for Senior Supervisors to join our Trust to be based in Bristol Royal Infirmary to cover night shifts.
The post is part time 30 hours a week working a set rota:
- Week 1- Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Week 2 - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Experience in cleaning and/or catering which will include previous experience supervising/managing staff
- Ability to work without supervision being able to prioritise, delegate and use own initiative
- Ability to deal with Hotel Service related non-routine activities such as answering queries, progress chasing and problem solving
- Managing a large team who are responsible for duties, including: cleaning of wards and general areas; regenerating and serving food to our patients during mealtimes; serving hot drinks and the collection of clinical and non-clinical waste
- Completing relevant checklists and other paperwork related to the role
- Managing staff in line with Trust policies and procedures; including absence, annual leave and performance
- Supporting new employees into the team
- Undertake deep cleans as necessary
- A competitive starting salary of £23,566 per annum pro rata + unsocial hours
