SalaryWe are looking for a Night Shift Kitchen Manager to join the Pure family. This is a hands-on role and you will be responsible for leading the Night Shift kitchen team, ensuring the highest quality of food is always delivered. You will always make sure the kitchen is clean and well-presented and the food safety standards are always followed. Most of all, you will be leading by example. What we are offering:
- Salary up to £30,000
- £15 daily food and drinks allowance (£3,600 worth of food and drinks per year)
- Bonus up to £1,000 a quarter

Responsibilities:
- Leading the Night Shift kitchen team ensuring a consistent Food Production of the highest quality
- Training, coaching and development of the kitchen team
- Managing all aspects of the kitchen health and safety in accordance with the law
- Stock ordering and analysis
- Ensuring and maintaining a clear communication with line managers
Requirements:
- Experience as a Kitchen Manager.
- Experience managing high volume Food Production and deliveries.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Attention to details.
- Passion for food and people.
