Salary Role - Night Shift Manager
Salary - £45k - £55k
Are you a proactive leader passionate about driving excellence in Health & Safety and Operational Performance? We have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Manager that demands a dynamic individual ready to champion these crucial aspects within our client's organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage, motivate and develop your team whilst actively managing any behaviour or performance concerns.
* Working closely with HR, lead investigations, disciplinary or grievance meetings. Where appropriate and under the guidance of HR.
* Ensure that the shift achieves the production plan with the best possible quality of product whilst minimising waste, rework and giveaway.
* Fully engage and support other departments as needed such as but not included to NPD, Warehouse, Technical etc.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for short and long-term gains for the business.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Commitment to promoting behaviours aligned to the Company’s visions, values and code of conduct.
* Previous managerial experience is essential.
* Experience of delivering effective people management
* A keen eye for detail
