Position Overview:
The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Service department, ensuring that the team consistently provides outstanding service to clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Customer Service team to meet performance goals and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

- Recruit train and onboard new Customer Service Representatives to maintain a high standard of service.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the service offering.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or Team Leader
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Customer Service software and tools.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
