Join our team as a Night Support Team Leader and help us deliverenriching experiences to our guests at our buzzing activity centre Bawdsey Manor, located in the stunning Woodbridge!

THE ROLE 

Reporting to the Guest Care Manager, you will be responsiblefor creating a comfortable, safe and secure environment throughout the night,and leading our Night Support Assistants as required.

Your responsibilities will include regular patrols of thecentre grounds, prompt and efficient resolution of guest issues and complaints,and ensuring accurate record-keeping of accidents and incidents. You will alsoactively seek opportunities to improve centre presentation and compliance,promote positive health and safety behaviours, and support our environmentalpolicy.

IS THIS YOU?

We are searching for someone with excellent customer focusand teamwork skills, who is also a confident decision maker and effectiveleader of people. Ideally you’ll have previous experience working withchildren/young people in a Night Support role, however this is not essential asfull training will be given. We can also provide the necessary First Aid atWork training required for this position.
