Support Workers Nights
20 hours: £12,702 – £12,915 + plus 27% enhancement for working on a rolling rota and working nights
Please be aware that the current minimum salary threshold for Support Worker roles needed to apply for a visa via the Skilled Worker route is £23,200. Key Responsibilities:

- Actively monitor and report changes in residents' health or behaviour, ensuring a holistic care approach.
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualised care plans.
- Maintain accurate and compassionate records of the care provided.
