```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in a customer service role, in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred but not essential as training is provided.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Proficient computer skills (knowledge of reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Candidate must be flexible as day shifts may also be required to suit business needs.
