Nightshift Customer Service Advisor
Location - Bellshill
Salary - £25,154
Hours - 4 days on 4 days off 10pm - 7am
SUMMARY OF ROLE
The nightshift Customer Service advisor is responsible for responding to calls from customers and clients via the Call Centre or the work despatch desk, ensuring work is prioritised accordingly and despatched to the engineers via the company's PDA system.
They will monitor and manage the workload to ensure we adhere to client KPI's and meet client/ customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Ensure work is prioritised accordingly and despatched to the engineers via the company's PDA system.
* Monitor and manage the workload to ensure we adhere to client KPI's and meet client/ customer expectations
* Handle customer enquiries and answer any questions/queries
* Provide support and comprehensive service information to customers
* Maintain customer records
* Run excel reports and send to clients in a timely manner
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Liaise with internal departments as required
* Updating in house systems
* Dealing with a high volume of incoming calls
* Dealing with client requests for information, reports, job updates
* Ensure the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail in order deliver excellent Customer Service and meet client deadlines (KPIs)
* Liaise and update with external clients when required
* Cover payments line when required
* Adhere to company procedures and escalate as required (GDPR, H&S etc.)
* Adhere to the office etiquette at all times
* Be familiar with all contract guides and refer to as required
* Provide next shift with comprehensive handover at shift end / changeover
