NIMDTA Dental Training Co-ordinator - Band 5

To manage and maintain the activities of the Dental Department, to include the management of Dental trainees across all specialties. The successful applicant will provide supervision of administrative staff within the department. The successful applicant will work closely with the Dental Training Manager, Postgraduate Dental Dean and Associate Postgraduate Dental Deans in the provision of Dental activities across the department..

Relevant degree or recognised professional qualification or equivalent higher qualification and 1 years experience in a role in medical/ dental education and training /MedicalHROr

3 years experience in a role in medical/ dental education and training/ Medical HR.

Hold a management qualification or have experience of managing staff to ensure departmental objectives are met within a deadline driven work environment.

Experience of use of Microsoft Office products includingWord, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent.

Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport see JD
